Any such changes will be posted on this page and will become effective upon posting, unless otherwise stated. 5. AI Processing and ChatGPT Integration

KODE.link may make certain services or functions available through third-party AI-enabled environments, including ChatGPT. This section explains how data is processed in that context.

5.1 Nature of the Processing

When you interact with KODE.link through ChatGPT or another supported AI interface, your request may be transmitted to our systems for the purpose of carrying out the requested operation. Depending on the nature of the request, this may include, for example:

  • analyzing a submitted URL
  • performing a domain lookup or domain-related search
  • processing a structured request via our MCP endpoint
  • returning tool results or requested outputs to the AI interface

5.2 Purpose Limitation

We process such requests solely for the purpose of fulfilling the user's request, providing the requested functionality, returning a response, ensuring system integrity, and preventing misuse.

5.3 Data Minimization

We process only the minimum data reasonably necessary to perform the requested function. We do not intentionally collect unrelated or excessive personal data through our AI integrations.

5.4 No Storage of Prompts After Processing

KODE.link does not store prompts, text inputs, submitted URLs, or domain queries after processing is complete, except to the limited extent that temporary technical or security logs may incidentally record minimal information necessary for abuse prevention, debugging, service integrity, or legal compliance.

5.5 No AI Training by KODE.link

KODE.link does not use prompts, submitted inputs, tool requests, or outputs from ChatGPT or MCP interactions to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

5.6 Data Flow

For clarity, the general data flow in the context of our ChatGPT integration may be summarized as follows:

User → ChatGPT → KODE.link → requested processing/function → response → ChatGPT → User

5.7 Third-Party Platform Processing

Your use of ChatGPT or other third-party platforms is also subject to the privacy policies and terms of those third parties. This Privacy Policy governs only the processing carried out by or on behalf of KODE.link.

  • Technical and security logs: retained for a limited period, generally up to 30 days, or for a shorter or longer period where reasonably necessary for security, incident investigation, or legal compliance
  • Account data: retained while your account remains active and thereafter for a period reasonably necessary for legal, administrative, or operational purposes
  • Support communications: retained for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the support issue, maintain records, and comply with legal obligations

Where data is no longer required, we will take reasonable steps to delete, anonymize, or de-identify it.

10. Right to Access and Examine Data

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you and to obtain information regarding how that data is processed. If you wish to make such a request, please contact us at [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before responding to your request. Where permitted by law, we may decline or limit a request in certain circumstances, including where the data requested would adversely affect the rights or privacy of another person, would disclose confidential information, or where another legal exemption applies. Upon receiving a valid request to withdraw consent, we will cease the relevant processing within a reasonable period, subject to any legal, contractual, technical, or operational limitations. Please note that withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before such withdrawal and may affect your ability to access or use certain parts of the Platform. If you do not receive confirmation that we have received your request, please contact us again.

13. International Visitors and International Transfers

The Platform may be hosted, operated, or supported from multiple jurisdictions, and your personal data may be processed in countries other than the country in which you reside.
